The PEM® BSOS-632-12 is a high-performance blind threaded self-clinching standoff designed to create permanent, resilient internal threads in thin metal sheets. Formed from robust 300 Series stainless steel, this industrial fastener features a proven self-clinching design that anchors securely into properly sized round holes with a single squeeze press operation. The integrated blind-threaded barrel ensures that the reverse side of the host metal sheet remains completely flush and closed, safeguarding internal components from screw over-penetration while effectively sealing out dust, liquids, and other contaminants.
