Designed to create strong, permanent 6-32 UNC threads in low-strength materials such as aluminum, magnesium, and plastics, this insert delivers exceptional corrosion resistance and wear protection. Its helical coil structure distributes thread loads evenly across the entire length of engagement, effectively preventing thread stripping, galling, and cross-threading in high-vibration applications.
