Precision-formed from cold-drawn Inconel X-750 wire with a diamond-shaped cross-section, this tanged insert is engineered specifically for high-temperature and extreme-environment applications. Featuring a streamlined free-running configuration, it allows smooth, uninhibited rotation of the male bolt until final seating torque is applied. Its specialized wire profile distributes static and dynamic load stresses evenly across the parent material, delivering exceptional stripping protection, corrosion resistance, and thermal durability.
