The 1185-6CN375 is a Heli-Coil tanged free-running coarse thread insert designed to create strong internal threads in lower-strength materials. Crafted from durable stainless steel, this bulk-packaged fastener features a 3/8"-16 thread size with a 1D length to diameter ratio (0.375 in | 9.5250 mm body length) and requires no finish.
Tanged Design Features a driving tang at the bottom of the coil to facilitate straightforward installation with standard tooling.
Free-Running Insert Type Allows standard bolts or screws to thread smoothly through the coil without locking pressure.
Stainless Steel Material Provides excellent durability and resistance to wear or thread stripping.
