Product Description
The HELI-COIL 8757-6 is a manual extraction tool engineered for the clean, non-destructive removal of tanged and tangless wire thread inserts spanning sizes 1/2" to 1" (and M13 to M24). Designed with a hardened steel wedge-shaped blade, this tool is inserted into the installed insert and tapped lightly to engage the coils, allowing the operator to turn counterclockwise and back out the insert without causing damage to the parent material threads.
Manual Extraction Efficiency enables quick and straightforward backing out of installed wire inserts without damaging tapped host material.
Wedge-Profile Extraction Blade features a sharp V-shaped blade that bites securely into the insert coils for positive engagement during counterclockwise rotation.
Broad Thread Size Range covers wire thread insert sizes ranging from 1/2" through 1" inch series and M13 through M24 metric series.
Hardened Tool Steel Construction crafted from high-grade alloy steel to resist tip wear and withstand manual extraction torque.
