The PEM® BSOS-8632-34 is an extended-reach self-clinching blind threaded standoff precision-engineered by PennEngineering® to establish high-strength internal threads in thin metal sheets. These fasteners press seamlessly into properly sized round holes using a steady squeezing force, utilizing an advanced self-clinching design that flows host panel material into the undercut to become a permanently mounted structural fixture. Engineered with blind-threaded engineering, the outer sheet surface remains completely flush and closed.
