The BSOS-M5-22 is a high-performance, self-clinching blind threaded standoff engineered by PennEngineering® (PEM®). Designed to install with a simple squeeze into properly sized round holes, this fastener becomes a permanently mounted component within thin sheet metal assemblies. The blind-threaded design ensures that the outer sheet surfaces remain completely flush and closed, providing a barrier against dust and environmental contaminants while protecting underlying components. Manufactured from 300 Series Stainless Steel, this standoff delivers reliable corrosion resistance and robust mechanical performance for demanding stacking and spacing applications.
