The BSOS-M5-25 is a high-performance, self-clinching blind threaded standoff manufactured by PennEngineering® (PEM®). Engineered for permanent installation within thin sheet metal panels, it utilizes a proven self-clinching design that installs securely with a simple pressing force into properly sized round holes. The defining blind-threaded configuration guarantees that the outer sheet surfaces remain completely closed and flush, offering vital protection against environmental debris, dust, and contaminants while keeping underlying circuitry safe. Fabricated entirely from 300 Series Stainless Steel, this metric fastener provides excellent corrosion resistance alongside high torque-out and pushout resistance to ensure total structural integrity in demanding stacking or spacing configurations.
