These self-clinching miniature nuts are engineered to provide high-strength, permanent load-bearing threads in ultra-thin metal sheets. Featuring a compact, space-saving design, they install completely flush into the hosting panel, making them ideal for applications with severe space or weight constraints. When pressed into a properly sized round hole using a standard press, the panel material cold-flows into the knurled clinching ring, locking the fastener tightly against spin-out and pull-out. The zinc plating with a clear chromate finish offers reliable corrosion resistance while ensuring the hosting sheet retains its sleek finish.
