CHA-632-8 - Concealed-Head Stud by PennEngineering ® (PEM ® )

These aluminum concealed-head studs are expertly engineered to establish high-strength, permanent mounting threads within thin metal sheets by locking the fastener head completely inside a blind, milled hole. When installed using basic press compression, the displaced panel material flows smoothly into the undercut, enabling the lightweight stud to handle substantial loads. Because the head is anchored entirely inside the panel thickness, the side of the metal sheet opposite the installation remains completely smooth, unmarred, and flawlessly sealed against air, liquid, dust, and gases.

Concealed-Head Design: Installs directly into a blind, milled hole so that the reverse face of the panel remains completely flush, smooth, and unblemished.
