The Heli-Coil® T1084-3E030 is a tangless, screw-locking wire thread insert precision-engineered from Inconel X-750 with a dry film lubricant coating. Designed to create durable, high-strength #10-24 UNC threads under extreme temperature conditions and harsh environments, its tangless design streamlines installation by eliminating tang break-off and removal steps, preventing foreign object debris (FOD). The resilient locking coils apply uniform radial pressure on the mating fastener to resist rotational loosening caused by heavy vibration and thermal stress.
