The BSO-032-10ZI is a steel self-clinching threaded standoff designed for rapid and permanent installation into thin metal sheets. Utilizing a blind-threaded design, this fastener provides a closed-end barrier that protects internal components from screw penetration and seals the assembly against contaminants like dust and moisture. Its self-clinching technology allows the standoff to be squeezed into round holes, becoming an integral part of the chassis with high pushout and torque-out resistance. Finished with zinc plating and a clear chromate, it offers reliable durability while ensuring the reverse side of the host sheet remains completely flush.
