Product Description
The PEM® BSOS-632-30 is an extended-length blind threaded self-clinching standoff engineered to provide durable, permanent internal threads in thin metal fabrications. Fabricated from high-grade 300 Series stainless steel, this premium fastener employs a proven self-clinching design that installs securely into properly sized round holes using a simple, uniform pressing action. The distinctive blind-threaded barrel guarantees that the outer side of the host sheet remains entirely flush and closed, protecting sensitive interior electronics from screw over-penetration and preserving clean, unmarred panel aesthetics.
Self-Clinching Functionality: Integrates permanently into host sheets with a standard squeeze operation, completely removing the need for labor-intensive welding or tapping.
Sealed Blind-Thread Design: Provides a completely closed barrel structure that ensures the reverse panel surface stays smooth, flush, and isolated from external elements.
Corrosion-Resistant Material: Built out of premium 300 Series stainless steel for reliable performance and superior long-term durability in challenging environments.
High-Strength Attachment: Clinches into place to form an unyielding bond that offers immense resistance against torque-out and pushout forces.
Factory-Passivated Protection: Undergoes a standard factory passivated surface treatment to maintain compliance with strict industrial component specifications.
