CFHA-440-6 - Concealed-Head Stud by PennEngineering ® (PEM ® )

These concealed-head studs are engineered to provide permanent mounting within thin metal sheets by locking the fastener head securely inside a blind, milled hole. Once installed using a standard press, the displaced sheet metal flows smoothly around the head and into the undercut, allowing the fastener to handle substantial loads. The key advantage of this concealed-head feature is that the side of the sheet opposite the installation remains completely smooth and uninterrupted, preserving a clean exterior appearance.
