CFHC-M3-10 - Concealed-Head Stud by PennEngineering ® (PEM ® )

These self-clinching studs ensure permanent mounting in metal sheets, allowing the side of the sheet opposite the installation to remain smooth and unmarred. The fastener head is locked securely in a blind, milled hole and is engineered to handle substantial loads. This concealed-head installation profile satisfies strict ingress protection (IP) requirements, as the sheet remains completely sealed from air, liquid, dust, gases, or other potentially infiltrating elements. During installation into a recommended blind hole, displaced sheet metal flows smoothly around the head into the undercut for a high-strength fit.
