The PennEngineering® (PEM®) CLS-832-3 is a premium self-clinching nut designed to provide strong, load-bearing threads in ultra-thin metal sheets. Manufactured from robust 300 Series Stainless Steel, this high-performance fastener offers excellent corrosion resistance and non-magnetic properties, making it ideal for demanding industrial and electronic applications. When installed into a properly sized hole using a parallel squeezing force, the sheet metal cold flows into the nut's special undercut, anchoring the fastener tightly into place as an integral part of the sheet.Additionally, a serrated clinching ring completely prevents the nut from rotating during service, ensuring high pushout and torque-out resistance.
