The PEM® CLS-M4-0 is a high-strength self-clinching nut designed to provide robust, permanent load-bearing threadsin incredibly thin sheet metal profiles. Fabricated from premium 300 Series Stainless Steel, this fastener exhibits exceptional corrosion resistance, making it an excellent choice for medical, automotive, and consumer electronics enclosures. When pressed into a properly sized hole, the host material cold-flows into the nut's specialized undercut to deliver severe pushout and torque-out resistance, completely eliminating the need for expensive tapping, welding, or secondary finishing operations.
High Pushout and Torque-Out Resistance utilizes a structural undercut and serrated clinching ring to firmly lock the nut into place and withstand heavy axial loads and rotational forces.
300 Series Stainless Steel Composition offers heavy-duty mechanical durability alongside long-term protection against environmental corrosion.
