The PEM® CSOS-0420-16 is a high-performance, concealed-head self-clinching standoff designed to ensure permanent mounting and provide strong, reusable threads in metal sheet fabrications. Formed from durable 300 Series Stainless Steel, this unified-threaded standoff features a specialized head that locks securely into a blind, milled hole. Because it is integrated into a blind hole, the concealed-head feature allows the exterior side of the sheet opposite the installation to remain completely smooth and unmarred. This creates a clean look while easily handling substantial axial and rotational loads in high-end electronic enclosures and industrial assemblies.
