The PEM® CSOS-632-3 is a high-performance concealed-head self-clinching standoff engineered to provide permanent, secure mounting in ultra-thin metal assemblies. Fabricated from durable 300 Series stainless steel, this fastener is ideal for applications requiring high corrosion resistance and substantial load-bearing performance. It installs cleanly by pressing the fastener head into a milled blind hole, prompting displaced sheet metal to flow smoothly around the head and lock it permanently into the undercut. Its unique concealed-head feature leaves the reverse side of the metal sheet completely unmarred and smooth, preserving aesthetic appeal and critical surface integrity.
