Formed from high-performance 300 Series Stainless Steel, this unified-threaded fastener offers rugged structural integrity and outstanding corrosion protection, making it ideal for medical equipment, delicate consumer electronics, and defense enclosures. Because the hardware installs into a blind, milled hole, the side of the panel opposite the installation remains completely unmarred and smooth. When pressed into place using standard parallel squeezing action, the surrounding sheet metal cold-flows around the head into its undercut, providing immense load capacity while safeguarding a flawless exterior aesthetic.
