The PEMSERT® Self-Clinching Flush Nut (Type F) by PennEngineering® (PEM®) is a high-strength, stainless steel fastener designed for heavy-duty applications that require a completely obstruction-free finish on both sides of a metal sheet.
The F-M6-4 variant is specifically engineered for thick-walled applications where an M6 thread is required. Featuring a "4" shank length, it is intended for use in sheets with a minimum thickness of 3.96 mm. Once installed, the hexagonal head is pressed into a round hole, displacing the host material into a clinching ring to ensure a secure, torque-resistant fit that becomes an integral part of the assembly.
Dual-Side Flush Finish: Sits entirely within the sheet thickness, ensuring zero protrusion on either side.
High Strength: Designed for M6 threaded applications, offering robust axial tensile strength and stability.
