The PEMSERT® Self-Clinching Flush Nut (Type F) by PennEngineering® (PEM®) is a high-performance stainless steel fastener designed to provide permanent, high-strength threads in thick metal sheets while maintaining a completely flush profile on both sides of the assembly.

The F-M6-5 variant is engineered for heavy-duty applications requiring an M6 thread. With a "5" shank length, it is specifically intended for use in sheets with a minimum thickness of 4.75 mm. Once installed, the hexagonal head is pressed into a round hole, displacing the host material into a clinching ring to ensure a secure, torque-resistant fit with no protrusions on either the top or bottom surface.

Total Flush Finish: Sits entirely within the sheet thickness, ensuring zero protrusion on either side.

Torque-Out Resistance: The hexagonal head design locks the fastener into the sheet to prevent rotation during high-torque assembly.

Corrosion Resistance: Fabricated from 300 Series Stainless Steel for long-term durability.

Material Compatibility: Designed for use in aluminum or cold-rolled steel sheets with a hardness of HRB 70 (HB 125) or less.
