Precision-rolled from high-quality 304 stainless steel wire with a diamond-shaped cross-section, this wire insert effectively balances joint load distribution by eliminating stress concentrations. Because it is completely tangless, this wire insert eliminates the multi-step process of breaking off and retrieving installation tangs, providing an ideal, debris-free fastening solution that protects sensitive aerospace, electronic, and defense assemblies against foreign object debris (FOD).
