Product Description
The PEM® BSOS-032-20 is a self-clinching blind threaded standoff engineered for permanent installation into steel or aluminum sheets. Manufactured from high-quality 300 series stainless steel, this fastener provides excellent corrosion resistance for clean, long-lasting performance in demanding structural or electronic applications. Its closed-end (blind) design provides a solid barrier that seals the assembly against contaminants such as dust and moisture while protecting internal components by limiting screw penetration depth. When squeezed into a properly sized round hole using a standard press, the standoff integrates completely into the host chassis, providing high pushout and torque-out resistance with a head that remains flush with the mounting surface for a smooth, unmarred exterior finish.
Corrosion Resistance: Fabricated from 300 series stainless steel to withstand harsh or demanding environmental conditions.
Environmental Sealing: The blind, closed-end construction prevents the passage of air, liquid, or debris through the mounting hole.
