Product Description
The PEM® BSOS-832-32 is a self-clinching blind threaded standoff engineered exclusively by PennEngineering® to provide strong, permanent internal threads in thin metal sheets. These fasteners are pressed into properly sized round holes, using a self-clinching design that displaces host material to lock the part permanently into place with high pushout and torque-out resistance. When these blind-threaded standoffs are installed, the outer sheet surfaces remain completely flush and closed. This unique feature provides a smooth, unmarred exterior appearance while sealing the internal attachment cavity away from dust, dirt, and environmental contaminants.
