Product Description
These concealed-head studs are engineered to establish high-strength, permanent mounting within thin metal sheets by locking the fastener head completely inside a blind, milled hole. When installed using standard press compression, the displaced sheet material flows smoothly into the undercut, enabling the stud to successfully handle substantial loads. Because the head is anchored entirely inside the panel thickness, the side of the metal sheet opposite the installation remains completely smooth, unmarred, and flawlessly sealed against air, liquid, dust, and gases.
Concealed-Head Construction: Installs into a blind, milled hole so the reverse side of the panel sheet remains completely smooth, flush, and unblemished.
Environmental Sealing: Leaves the external face of the panel fully closed and untouched, preventing any leakage or infiltration of dust, liquid, and air.
High Load Capacity: Employs a self-clinching undercut that locks under press compression to reliably support high pull-out and torque-out loads.
Streamlined Assembly: Easily pressed into place using any standard press equipped with a solid punch and a hollow anvil.
