CHC-032-10 - Concealed-Head Stud by PennEngineering ® (PEM ® )

The CHC-032-10 is a premium concealed-head self-clinching stud engineered by PennEngineering® (PEM®) to establish permanent, load-bearing external threads in thin metal sheets. Designed specifically for installation into a milled blind hole, this fastener locks securely into the material while leaving the opposite side of the sheet completely unmarred and smooth. This unique mounting method preserves the structural integrity and aesthetic finish of the visible exterior panel. Manufactured from durable 300 Series Stainless Steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and forms a high-strength bond that effectively resists pushout and torque-out forces without the use of welding.
