Product Description
The CHC-032-6 is a premium concealed-head self-clinching stud engineered by PennEngineering® (PEM®). Developed to provide a high-strength, permanent external thread in thin metal sheets, this fastener installs securely into a milled blind hole. By nesting the fastener head completely within the blind cavity, the opposite side of the sheet remains perfectly smooth and unmarred, maintaining a flawless exterior aesthetic and surface integrity. Fabricated from robust 300 Series Stainless Steel, it delivers high corrosion resistance and relies on a cold-flow self-clinching process to ensure substantial load capacity along with exceptional resistance to torque-out and pushout forces.
Concealed-Head Functionality: Mounts cleanly into a blind hole to keep the reverse side of the panel flat, closed, and structurally unmarred.
