The PEM® BSOS-3.5M3-12 is a metric blind threaded self-clinching standoff crafted to introduce robust, reusable internal threads into thin-sheet metal assemblies. Manufactured from premium 300 Series stainless steel, this industrial fastener utilizes a precision self-clinching design that permanently anchors into pre-drilled round holes under a smooth squeezing force. By featuring a completely blind-threaded barrel, it ensures that the backside of the mounting sheet remains flush and closed, sealing out debris, moisture, and air while safely preventing over-extended screws from damaging delicate internal wiring.
