Product Description
These concealed-head studs are engineered to establish high-strength, permanent mounting within thin metal sheets by securing the fastener head into a blind, milled hole. When installed using a standard press, the localized pressure forces displaced sheet metal to flow smoothly into the undercut, enabling the stud to handle substantial loads. Because the head is locked entirely inside the panel, the side of the sheet opposite the installation remains completely smooth, unmarred, and flawlessly sealed against air, liquid, dust, and gases.
Concealed-Head Construction: Installs directly into a blind, milled hole so the reverse side of the sheet remains completely smooth and clean.
Environmental Sealing: Keeps the opposite side of the sheet fully closed and untouched, preventing leakage or infiltration of dust, liquid, and air.
High Load Performance: Employs a self-clinching undercut that locks under press compression to reliably support high pull-out and torque loads.
Streamlined Installation: Easily processed using any standard press equipped with a solid punch and a hollow anvil.
