CFN-M3-1ZI - Nuts for Sheet Metal by PennEngineering ® (PEM ® )

These self-clinching miniature nuts are engineered to provide high-strength, permanent internal threads within ultra-thin metal panels. Featuring a compact, space-saving profile, they install cleanly into the hosting panel, making them ideal for designs with strict space or weight constraints. When pressed into a properly sized round hole, the panel material cold-flows directly into the knurled clinching ring, locking the fastener permanently against push-out and torque-out forces. The zinc plating with a clear chromate finish ensures dependable corrosion resistance while maintaining a clean, flush finish on the back of the hosting sheet.
