The CHC-440-6 is a precision concealed-head self-clinching stud engineered by PennEngineering® (PEM®). Designed to provide strong external threads in thin metal sheets, this specialized fastener mounts securely into a milled blind hole. Because the head remains entirely hidden within the blind cavity, the opposite side of the sheet remains completely smooth and unmarred, ensuring flawless surface aesthetics and preserving exterior styling.
