The PennEngineering® (PEM®) CLS-M10-1 is a high-performance self-clinching nut engineered to provide permanent, load-bearing threads in ultra-thin metal sheets. Formed from durable 300 Series Stainless Steel, this fastener offers exceptional corrosion resistance, making it perfectly suited for challenging electronic, automotive, and industrial environments. When squeezed into a properly prepared metric hole, the panel material cold flows directly into the nut's special undercut, locking it cleanly into place. A serrated clinching ring ensures high torque-out and pushout resistance, completely preventing the nut from rotating or loosening during service or final assembly.
