Manufactured from premium 300 Series Stainless Steel, this threaded hardware combines outstanding structural strength with robust atmospheric corrosion protection. Engineered with a specialized compact profile, it allows for flawless placement significantly closer to the edge of a host sheet than standard standoffs without wrinkling or distorting the panel margins.When integrated using standard parallel squeezing action, its specialized design causes the host material to cold-flow dynamically into the precision undercut, establishing exceptional pushout and torque-out resistance while leaving a flush profile on the reverse side of the thin metal chassis.
Close-to-Edge Geometry permits seamless installation exceptionally near panel borders without causing the margin of the thin host sheet to buckle or bulge.
300 Series Stainless Steel Material provides heavy-duty physical longevity paired with dependable, long-lasting resistance to localized atmospheric corrosion.
