Designed with a specialized compact profile, it can be seamlessly installed significantly closer to the edge of a host panel than standard standoffs without buckling or warping the sheet margins. When pressed into place using standard parallel squeezing action, its specialized knurled design guides the surrounding host metal to cold-flow into its precision undercut, establishing exceptional pushout and torque-out resistance while leaving a clean, flush profile on the reverse side of the thin metal chassis.
