Engineered to create high-strength, wear-resistant #4-40 UNC threads in soft parent materials like aluminum and magnesium, its tangless design eliminates tang break-off and retrieval steps, accelerating assembly times and preventing foreign object debris (FOD). The specialized Primer Free II coating provides built-in lubricity to reduce insertion torque and prevent galling during installation without requiring secondary liquid primers or lubricants.
